Overview
Prosol Catalog (the "App") is a digital product catalog published by Prosol, a flooring-accessory
distributor. This policy explains what information the App handles. In short: the App does not
require an account, does not ask for personal information, and does not track you for advertising.
Information we do not collect
The App does not collect or store any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details;
- Location data;
- Contacts, photos, or other content from your device;
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data;
- Analytics about how you use the App.
Information the App does use

Catalog content. Catalog PDFs are streamed from our cloud storage provider
(Cloudflare R2) when you open a booklet. These requests are standard web requests and may be
logged by the hosting provider for security and reliability, as with any website.

Offline downloads. When you choose to download a catalog for offline use, the
file is saved only on your device. It is never uploaded or shared, and you can delete it at any
time from the Offline tab.

Push notifications (optional). If you enable notifications, the App registers an
anonymous push token so we can notify you when a catalog is updated. This token is a random
device identifier — it is not linked to your name or personal identity, and we use it only to
send catalog-update notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device
Settings. Push messages are delivered through the Expo push service and Apple Push Notification
service.
Third-party services
The App relies on these services to function:
- Cloudflare R2 — hosting and delivery of catalog PDF files.
- Expo / Apple Push Notification service — delivery of update notifications (only if you enable them).
- Apple App Store — distribution of the App.
We do not sell, rent, or share any information with advertisers or data brokers.
Children's privacy
The App is a business product catalog and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect
information from children.
Data retention
Offline files remain on your device until you delete them or remove the App. Anonymous push tokens
are kept only while notifications are enabled and are removed when they become invalid.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last
updated" date above.
